Usage data

Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include your device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and unique device identifiers.

If you access the Service from a mobile device, we may also collect your device type, mobile device unique ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.

Tracking technologies and cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies — including beacons, tags, and scripts — to track activity on the Service and store certain information.

Cookies can be Session (deleted when you close your browser) or Persistent (remain on your device after you go offline). We use both types for the purposes below.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies are only placed with your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • With Affiliates — who are required to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • With business partners — to offer products, services, or promotions.
  • With other users — if you share Personal Data in any public area of the Service, that information may be visible to others.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose you’ve explicitly agreed to.

§04 ·

Retention

Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy. Shorter retention periods are applied where possible. Specific periods by category:

  • User accounts — retained for the duration of the account relationship plus up to 24 months after closure.
  • Analytics data (cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers) — up to 24 months from collection.
  • Server logs (IP addresses, access times) — up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting.

Data may be retained beyond these periods for legal obligations, active legal claims, at your explicit request, or where it exists in encrypted backups awaiting scheduled deletion.

When retention periods expire, data is either securely deleted from active systems or anonymized into statistical data that cannot be linked back to you. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

§05 ·

Transfer

Your data may be processed at the Company’s operating location and anywhere the parties involved in processing are located — including outside your state or country, where data protection laws may differ.

Where required by applicable law, international transfers will be subject to appropriate safeguards. No transfer will occur to an organization or country without adequate security controls in place.

§06 ·

Deletion

You have the right to delete or request deletion of Personal Data we’ve collected about you. If you have an account, you can manage your information in account settings. You can also contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any Personal Data you’ve provided.

We may need to retain certain data where we have a legal obligation to do so.

  • Law enforcement — if required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.
  • Legal requirements — where disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect Company rights or property, investigate potential wrongdoing, protect user safety, or defend against legal liability.

Children’s privacy

This Service is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted data to us, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Where consent is the legal basis for processing and local law requires parental consent for minors, we will collect and use that information only after obtaining it.
